The contact form represents the possibility to contact the BLE electronically – or feedback mechanism – to be provided in accordance with Section 12b(2)(2) of the Act on Equal Opportunities of Persons with Disabilities (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, BGG).
The feedback mechanism gives you the opportunity to provide the editors with information on specific barriers on www.ktmlandingpage.bmel.de. After you have reported a barrier, a contact person will be very happy to approach you.
If you are unable to use the contact form due to a disability or other restrictions, you can also contact us by post, e-mail (KTM@ble.de) or telephone (+49 228 6845 3436). In doing so, we want to comply with the implementation of the two-sense principle. However, we ask you to contact us by phone only in justified cases, as the documentation of barriers can be done more accurately through the contact form.
