This accessibility statement applies to the website of the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE), which is published at www.ktmlandingpage.bmel.de.
As a public body within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we strive to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Equal Opportunities of Persons with Disabilities (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, BGG) and the Accessibility in Information Technology Ordinance (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung – BITV 2.0) implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
A BITV test will soon be carried out for the website and the test result will be published here.
Not all of the documents offered for download are barrier-free. Many documents are old documents where the source document is no longer available. These documents will not be revised subsequently. We have set ourselves the goal of offering barrier-free PDF files as far as possible and appropriate in the future or of setting the content in HTML format. If you need content from older documents in a form accessible to you, please contact us via the contact form. We will try to make the content available to you as much as possible by another means.

The arbitration procedure is free of charge. No legal assistance is required.
